Twisted wire
Welding wire porosity issue: Optimize deoxidation process (add Ti/B to refine grain), control environmental humidity (<60% RH). Wire breakage: Check the wear of the drawing die and adjust the annealing process

DESCRIPTION
Key points of production process
Melting and alloying:
Based on high-purity aluminum (above 99.7%), adding elements such as Si, Mg, Cu, etc. requires strict control of impurities (Fe content must be below 0.2%).
Using argon gas to protect melting and prevent oxidation.
Continuous casting and rolling/drawing:
The wire needs to undergo multiple processes of drawing and annealing (with an intermediate annealing temperature of about 350-400 ℃) to ensure ductility.
Surface treatment: The welding wire needs to be polished or coated (such as copper coating) to prevent oxidation and improve wire feeding stability.
Key markets for welding materials
New energy vehicles (battery trays, lightweight body), rail transit (body welding), ships (aluminum magnesium alloy welding).
Key wire markets:
Electric power industry (overhead wires), electronics (connecting wires), aerospace (high-strength rivets).
