The welding wire contains sufficient alloy elements such as silicon and manganese for combined deoxidation, with a low carbon content of less than 0.1%. Welding materials: CO2 gas purity requires 99.5%, water content should not exceed 0.1%, carbon content should not exceed 0.1%, and the copper plating on the welding wire surface must not have rust spots.

Welding wire is a metal wire welding material used as a filler metal or as a conductor at the same time. In gas welding and tungsten inert gas arc welding, the welding wire is used as a filler metal; in submerged arc welding, electroslag welding, and other consumable electrode gas shielded arc welding, the welding wire is both a filler metal and a conductive electrode. The surface of the welding wire is not coated with flux for anti-oxidation.
